Every Second Sunday of the Month
FEASTIVAL SPECIALITY LOCAL PRODUCERS MARKET on Sundays 2010 from 10am-3pm. 11th July, 8th August , 12th September ....which then turns into an Indoor Christmas market on Sunday 14th November and 12th December 2010.
Visit our sunny garden courtyard on the second Sunday of every month where we host the Feastival Market with local producers of food, drink, arts, crafts and plants. A fun family day out - enjoy half price garden entry during the market.

TRADITIONAL BUILDINGS FAIR Saturday 2nd October 2010 10am - 5pm
As part of the National Lottery sponsored Townscape Heritage Initiative scheme being run in Shepton Mallet, a Traditional Buildings Fair is being held at the Kilver Court. This follows a very successful event held 2 years ago. Approximately 30 exhibitors representing a wide range of activities relating to historic buildings including suppliers of traditional building materials, contractors, architects and surveyors with experience of conservation work will be available to offer advice, In addition, there will be demonstrations of stone carving, lime plastering and stone cleaning.
Entrance will be free and visitors will also be admitted to the gardens as well as being able to gain access to the old Somerset and Dorset Railway viaduct and the historic Dovecote both of which are listed.
Light refreshments will be available all day from the renowned Harlequin Organic Café.
THE TRAVELLING SOUK Friday 8th October 2010 10AM- 4PM £5 entry
The Travelling Souk will be making their way to Kilver Court on FRIDAY 8th OCTOBER 2010. The Silk Lined Doors open 10AM - 4PM to reveal an array of treasures. Why not make this the start of your Christmas shopping or treat yourself to a well-deserved post summer school holiday present! There will be an all day cafe serving delicious coffees, local seasonal light lunches and mouth-watering organic afternoon cream teas. WINTER SERIES OF MASTER CLASS LECTURES by Sally Gregson

‘Making More of your Garden’ by the well-renowned plant writer and lecturer, Sally Gregson. Why not come to our friendly monthly plant lectures this winter? Sally aims to inspire and help turn ‘problem’ areas of their gardens into opportunities to grow some of the gems of the horticultural world whilst providing an enjoyable and constructive lecture in good gardening company and for everyone of her audience to come away brimming with ideas and enthusiasm.
Wednesday 6th October 2010 Semi-ripe cuttings and division of perennial herbaceous
Wednesday 10th November 2010 Hardwood cuttings and root cuttings
Wednesday 12th January 2011 The month for seed sowing, hand-pollinating hellebores
Wednesday 9th February 2011 Taking softwood cuttings of half-hardy perennials
Wednesay 16th March 2011 Aftercare for your potting/cuttings
Each class will include practical demonstrations with an explanation of the principles, timing and each method of propagation. Topics covered will include composts, pest and disease control, and aftercare at each session.
All lectures start at 10.30am- tea/coffee & biscuits served on arrival.
